I created Confrontation of Calling® after coming face-to-face with a version of myself I never imagined existed.

With a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics, I thought I’d spend my life working with numbers. I began my career in financial services and consulting, eventually becoming a consultant at one of the Big 4 firms. I had the high-paying job, the beautiful apartment, and the passport full of stamps. But even with all that, I felt unfulfilled—disconnected from a deeper purpose.

That changed when I made the decision to invest in myself through coaching, self-learning, and intentionally placing myself in the right community. I uncovered a version of Dianne I had never met—the one not shaped by society’s expectations, but by her own inner truth. Everything I needed to influence the world was already within me. I just needed the right environment to be cultivated and bloom in my season.

Now, I help others do the same.

I leverage my consulting experience—strategic thinking, global perspective, and the ability to drive transformation—and fuse it with my passion for inner work, healing, and purpose. With a background spanning education, non-profits, and corporate spaces, I design workshops and content that resonate across generations and backgrounds. My work is about helping people reconnect with their roots, heal, and step powerfully into who they’re called to be.
