Dianne's calendar typically books 6–12 weeks in advance for in-person events. For virtual engagements, there is occasionally shorter availability. The sooner you enquire, the better — especially for peak conference seasons (spring and fall). Submit an inquiry even if your event feels far away.
Yes. Dianne has spoken internationally and is available for events outside the US. Travel, accommodation, and logistics are discussed as part of the proposal process. Many international organizations also opt for virtual engagements, which can be equally powerful when produced well.
Absolutely — and this is Dianne's preferred approach. The discovery call exists specifically to understand your audience, the challenges they face, and what transformation you want them to experience. Every engagement is shaped around that conversation, not a generic script.
Speaking fees vary based on event type, format, duration, audience size, and location. The discovery call and custom proposal will outline everything clearly. Generally, the fee covers preparation, the delivery itself, and post-event follow-up. Workshop programs may also include participant materials and the accompanying playbook.
After booking is confirmed, Dianne's team will send a brief event questionnaire covering audience demographics, event theme, schedule details, AV requirements, and any specific requests. This ensures the experience is perfectly calibrated for your audience. Dianne handles the creative and content preparation from there.

Virtual engagements are designed with the same intentionality as in-person ones, using interactive polls, breakout discussions, live exercises, and direct audience engagement to ensure the energy doesn't drop just because the room is digital.
